In fact, when I have friends come to visit, I am actually going to suggest they use the outside trash for diapers to preempt any gross situations (especially since I know they use the kitchen trash at their own house). I think asking a host about where to put a dirty diaper is totally the right thing to do. I always carry those small plastic bags for doggie poop and just put anything in those, knot the top and throw it in my bag until I get home. </p>
