I never had HBO so I didn't see any episodes until after it was off the air completely. In fact, the first few episodes I ever saw were on (I think) the CW and once I saw it uncut I couldn't believe how much they had to cut out for network TV! I also got into Dexter late, and then I watched four seasons in like, a month.
