Another fan of mpix here, but if I'm in a bind, I will upload to my local Walgreens.

If the pictures don't have to be of awesome quality, I do CVS, Walgreens, or Wal-Mart/Sam's depending on who has a sale going on. If I need nicer prints, I use Adorama.

Snapfish!! Love them :) No issues with cropping either. If you sign up for their emails they send you lots of promotions. I recently got $24 off my order, I get free shipping sometimes, or their penny prints are a great option when they run that deal.

mpix. I've always been happy with them. I usually do calendars each year from shutterfly but this year they really seemed to have printing glitches and it wasn't nearly as crisp so I was a little disappointed in that.

This will sound crazy, but I always use Walmart with a matte finish. The pictures have turned out better than from any other site I have used and you can either have them delivered or do 1 hour pick up. I have blown pictures up too and they turned out great.

I use snapfish (and am actually uploading photos right now, lol). They only crop if you approve it (it has to do with the ratios, I think--they recommend it for some photos but you can opt out).

Adorama!

They ask if you want them cropped or not. And depending on the size they will tell you that if you dont crop it, you may end up with white strips on the side. I used them for my wedding photos and I love them.

I usually use Shutterfly but I've noticed they are cropping my photos recently (maybe always?) but I notice more on close up photos. What is your favorite photo printing site? Why? Do they leave your photos alone or do they crop them for you? :-/
