I say bigger, because it's easy to eat more ice cream cake than regular cake. It doesn't feel like you've eaten as much, so you go for seconds. Or maybe that's just me, haha.

Since you have no space I'd just get the smaller one!

I feel like this is a silly question. The bigger the better when it comes to ice cream cake! Nom nom nom!

I would get the sheet. I'd rather have more than not enough.

I voted for the round. When I cut a round cake, I slice it down the middle, and then I cut long slices from the halves, so this way, people who want a little piece can have an end.

I'd go smaller, my experiences is that not all the adults will eat ice cream cake. Will you have other desserts as well?

I don't know Friendly's sizes, but I know a lot of cake places figure a piece = 1 inch slice. Which I think is smaller than people actually tend to serve themselves unless it is precut for them. I'd err on the size of too big here and get the sheet cake.

I'm ordering a ice cream cake from Friendly's for my nephew's 2nd birthday.

To serve 8-9 adults, 3 kids and 2 toddlers (2yr).
I *might* get a sherbet or frozen yogurt pint for one nephew instead because he has a egg allergy. He can eat some ice cream but not others.

Would you get a round cake that serves 12-15
(anyone know the diameter of this cake?)

OR

A sheet cake that serves 16-20?

My freezer will likely be very packed so I don't want to get too big of a cake with no means to store leftovers. Other wise I'll just buy big so we can have leftovers. :P
