Whoops, time to retire that outfit! But I'm so torn because when I go bigger for length, her clothes look baggy and sloppy on her. I've finally just switched the 3-6 mo tops and onesies to 6-9.... At 18 months! The majority of her clothes are 6-12 at this point just because that's what we have for the right season, so I make it work. But as others have commented, oddly I've got a few things in her wardrobe as big as 18 months that fit ok.
