The fit is so important that I didn't want to spend money on something until I knew what size I would really be.<br /> I'm actually still making due with 3 nursing tanks and haven't made it to get actual bras, though it's on the agenda. I know that our hospital (in kind of a smallish city compared to larger ones like Dallas, etc) has a store with nursing bras. the lactation consultant that I met with at a breastfeeding class suggested just coming down on your way out of the hospital and trying on some bras. D! A friend of mine who recently had a baby had the same chest growth as me, and she said there were days of early breastfeeding and engorgement that she probably could have worn an E.
