I can't remember exactly how tall she was but she has always been in the 90's in percentile terms for height. I think she was around 15 or 16 pounds then. We had the maxi cosi mico. We switched and we conpletely out of it around 8 months. We only had a snugride 22 because my mom thought for sure we would not have a large baby based on my family's history, but DS hit over 20 lbs by 6 months. The firefighter who installed our convertible said they were least worried about too tall, more about too heavy for the seat standards.</p> <p>I vote to use the infant seat for as long as possible.
