She is 16 months now and 18-24 months is too small in many brands. She is solidly in 24 months or 2T though some 18 months stuff still fits her. She wore 9-12 months until she was at least 15/16 months. Then she graduated to 12-18, which she wore until she was about 20 months old... then 18-24...
