Showing my age here... And I grew up in a small town... My Mom bought my clothes at.... Woodward and Lothrop. Aka: Woodies. Also, Hecht's. Both are now defunct. Lol. </p> <p>I think when I started buying clothes, I was still buying from department stores and sometimes would shop at Wet Seal and other surfer kid type stores. As I got older I was able to get clothes at Wal-Mart and Goodies. It was the first outfit I got at a store (as opposed to hand-me-downs or gifts from grandparents). Whereas my brother got to wear brand names. Sigh. I was SO proud of that outfit. Most of my school clothes came from wal-mart or k-mart.
