@lamariniere: I LOVE the bugaboo buffalo. If that had been out when I had LO, I would have pushed for it--it's like the perfect combo of the bugaboo cam and the UB vista.

I dreamed about the city select, whenever I saw someone with it. Prior to LO2 arrival, I was able to convince DH to purchase it for us. It is heavy but sooo worth it, because I can easily maneuver through every store aisle without a problem and this is a big deal as a stay at home mom of 2 under 2.

When i was pregnant and shopping, I really loved the Bumbleride Indie in papyrus green -- I think I actually lusted over the color more than the actual stroller -- but the features weren't enough to justify the added cost over the City Mini GT, which is what we have. Now that I have some time actually using a stroller, I would go for one with the ability to flip the handle or seat so baby faces you, but I don't know exactly which stroller I'd choose.

I drooled over the UBV before I was even pregnant. It was my splurge baby item and was lucky enough to get it as a joint gift from our moms. I love it and it gets used everyday! Although I do recognize that it's pretty big and doesn't fold down very small. We are travelling soon so now I'm coveting the mountain buggy nano or the g-luxe. There's no way I can justify another $200 on a stroller though so not sure what we will get for that purpose as there's no way I'm bringing my precious UBV!

@lamariniere: He was willing to try it out at home and we took it to Disneyland. He didn't sit in it once, I couldn't tell you why, but our arms hurt after that trip. He just doesn't like it, maybe he found his Orbit comforting because it's something he's familiar with.

I actually got the Stokke Scoot brand new from the HB classifieds. I thought it was a great looking stroller. I ended up selling it to a friend.

@catlady: Honestly-- I could not lug it up the stairs with a baby. I love it, but only because we can keep it in the parking spot in our garage in our building. If we had moved to a condo where I had to bring it up the stairs it absolutely would have been a City Mini. I have bumped it up the stairs to friends' places and it's not easy (though it's so sturdy I'm not afraid it will break, at least).

I coveted the Bugaboo Buffalo until I bought it. We've had it over a year and I am soooo happy with it. We also have a Maclaren for travelling. As for current strollers, I am coveting a better travel stroller -- one that can take cobblestones better than a Maclaren. I keep seeing people with Bugaboo Bees, but there is no way we could justify two Bugaboos.

@Foodnerd81: I covet your stroller lineup! :) We bought a city mini as an all purpose stroller but sometimes I wish I had gotten one nicer large stroller like the UBV and one lightweight one for travel. The only thing stopping me from splurging on a UBV at this point is the thought of trying to lug it up the steps in and out of my house every day while holding the baby in one arm.

I really like the City Select, but it is SO heavy. Not really sure how I'm going to manage that as I get more and more pregnant with #2. The stroller weighs 29 lbs, and J weighs 29 lbs, and my back is crying uncle.

My real dream stroller, which will stay firmly in my daydreams because it's ridiculous, is the Silver Cross Sleepover Elegance "pram." You know, Kate Middleton's stroller. It's beautiful!! I guess if I was strolling through Kensington Palace gardens it would make sense, but not so much loading it into the dog-hair covered back seat of my Honda Pilot ;)

I was totally coveting the current model double bob until I got one. Like I did a head turn every time I saw one, got way.too.excited.

Thank gosh I found one for a steal online classifieds, because I was going to drive myself crazy.

I love love love it, we use both our bob's daily (wow that sounds insane.....single a gift from ILs, the double I got for $300 in next to new condition, lol) and I have a weird obsession with them. But we definitely get their value in the amount we use them and once I can run again....look out! I love "inspecting" them, reviewing the manual to make sure everything is right with them, will be funny once we are done with them to let them go!

I wish I had gotten the Mountain Buggy Nano instead of the Chicco Liteway due to the way it folds up. It'd take up less real estate in my trunk and be easier for traveling. However, for the price I paid for the Chicco, I really shouldn't complain!

I actually have exactly the strollers that I want. We live in the city and hardly ever drive, so the stroller was one of the few places I splurged and got exactly what I wanted. We have the UB vista and a mountain buggy nano for travel. I do my weekly grocery shoppig with the vista and can fit everything underneath. But it's a beat to get into the trunk of y car which is where the nano comes in. So yeah I am very content with my stroller line up.

I did so much stroller research when I was pregnant and I am still in love with my choice - contours bliss. If it had a little better wheels and suspension then it would be perfect (for me!) my mom bought it for us and wanted us to get something "better" (she is obsessed with the vista) but it was too heavy and bulky for me. Same with the city select and bugaboo.
