I wasn't really TWW-ing, but I noticed my symptoms right away: cramps from 3dpo on (some of them were really sharp pains, enough that I thought I might have a cyst!), a headache that lasted about the same amount of time, sore boobs from about 6dpo, fatigue on and off and a backache at 8dpo.

I get really bad cramps with my period usually but it was the earliness of this cramps combined with how awful they felt (I was smuggling a hot water bottle into work) that made me test at 9dpo.

Crossing my fingers for you!

Around 6-8 dpo I was exhausted! And at 9 dpo I had a sharp cramping pain in my left side (implantation).

Good luck lady, it sounds promising!

@mrsdoily: Well, I think it was like 4 or 5 days from when I felt the implantation cramps to when I got a BFP (and I tested pretty early with a few BFNs first). So maybe that will help you wait a few extra days? Good luck. It's so hard not to get your hopes up.

@Foodnerd81: Hahaha, gotcha!! It's been a long work week! No these cramps are not typical for me. I'm one of those weird women who don't usually get menstrual cramps. I also do not usually get this tired at night...but I'm hoping I'm not just feeding into my deep desire for symptoms to be something. I really should wait until my missed period to test, but I know I won't make it as it's not due until the 16th. I told myself the 14th (13 dpo) but now I'll be lucky if I can wait it out until Monday. Sigh.

@Emsmems: Fingers crossed lady!!!

@scg00387: The sharp pains are what really alarmed me this morning! I don't usually get cramps to start with, so these were like "Whoa!". I hope this is it for me! This is cycle 10 of actively trying with 1 loss. I just want that sticky baby already!

@mrsdoily: I wasn't charting but I had intense, sharp pains overnight that woke me up. After two nights I tested & well... my 3 month old just went down for bed :)

@Rubies: Thanks for that link, that was really helpful! I'm in the TWW with symptoms I thought were implantation but BFN on 11dpo (this am)... still could be too early. We shall see!

Oh geez every symptom under the sun. My boobs get so sore, I'm nauseous, I get constipated or have diarrhea. I have major heartburn and very tired.

@mrsdoily: I meant your symptoms on cycles that were not BFPs, sorry that wasn't clear. So, you could see what's different than your usual. But it sounds like your cramps aren't normal for you. Good luck! When will you test?

I don't remember which DPO the symptoms fell on, but I had menstral-like cramping (which was a little suspicious because I usually only got cramps the first day of AF), a few sharper twinges, peed a lot, vivid dreams, and felt really tired. And I got my BFP on around 11 or 12 DPO. Good luck!

@Foodnerd81: I've been pregnant 4 previous times (all 4 were losses) and to be honest the first 3 were accidents in college so I wasn't looking for anything or noticed anything until missed AF. My last BFP there wasn't much as far as symptoms, so I am still at a complete loss as to what to look for! These cramps I have been having are so different from anything else I have had, but after 7 cycles, I'm a little hesitant to get my hopes up!

@Rubies: Thanks! I really enjoyed reading through that, it's crazy how different it can be one woman to the next!

Have you been tracking your symptoms previously? I started tracking them before we were TTC, so I knew already that I got super sore boobs post ovulation every month.

The thing made me think I was pregnant (when I was) was weird, different cramps that I'd never had-- I was convinced they were implantation cramps, and 5 days later, BFP.

Me being irritable or tired is just me, not a symptom of anything :(

I'm trying to decide if my most recent symptoms are in my head or something I should really be looking at as promising. Here are mine (I'm 7 dpo):

4dpo-7dpo: Mild cramping...more of a dull ache
7 dpo: Several sharp pains this morning
6 dpo-7dpo : Irritability
6 dpo-7dpo: Fatigue (have gone to bed an hour early the last two nights)
7dpo: vivid dreams

Are any of these promising? I feel like it's still too early for PMS. What do you experience? For those of you with BFPs, what symptoms did you have the cycle you got that?
