Saute green beans bc that's what I have and jasmine rice. DH also suggested using up the romaine we have in the fridge as lettuce cups!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I would just slice it thin, toss a little soy sauce, garlic, a pinch of sugar, pepper, on it. Let it soak around for 20 min and then just grill it up and make rice in the rice cooker.

&#60;p&#62;What to do with it? DH has to work till 9 so I'm flying solo so it has to be minimal prep! LO's dinner is already ready so this is for us and can potentially cook for up to 3 hours.&#60;/p&#62;
