usually once around 11:30-12 and then for the day by 6am, even without LO. I'm much more of a morning person though.

Hm, without the baby either? I don't remember. And I'm pretty sure that if I had the chance right now it would be well past noon...the next day.

Without alarm and without baby? I'd sleep time 8 or 9 am! Ha.

I get up at 6 for work though and if it's a day off, then I'm up with J around 7:30.

About 7am if I get a full nights sleep. Lately I've been waking up at 3 or 4 and struggling to go back to sleep. If I go back to sleep I won't wake up until 10 or so.

I wake up all through the night on my own but I'm usually able to go back to sleep. I would wake up for good 6:30-7am.

I usually wake up around two to use the bathroom, then go back to sleep til 630 if nothing wakes me. My cat doesn't really allow for this though, last night he was fed at 10, 1230, and 530. He typically demands to be patted for 1/2hr before he starts crying to be fed, and if you don't feed him right then, he projectile vomits. He's very rude & I'm very tired.

I wake up between 3:30 and 5:30 the first time. I can usually fall back asleep and then wake up for the day between 7:30 and 8.

I've been on this annoying kick of waking at 3 or 4 for the last 2 weeks --- but I stay in bed. I usually get back to sleep in 10-30 min. But then I usually wake for the day at 6:15 or so. LO gets up at 6:30/6:45.

Does a baby count as an alarm? She is always up by 8:30 at the very latest, usually earlier. I wake myself between 7 and 8 naturally, usually, unless I'm super exhausted. I can't get work done in the morning like that- way too groggy.

I usually wake up between 2 and 4 am these days... and then I either go back to sleep right away, or I'm up for an hour or so. Tonight I had some work to do though, so I got up out of bed to finish it. Hopefully I'll get it done in time to get back to bed for a bit!
