We do bedtime between 7 and 8 PM. Baby doesn't really seem to have a true "natural" bedtime, but we discovered that this time is what works well for me and DH. So we started doing a bedtime routine, and putting her down every night around 7:30. It took a few days for her to catch on, but now she's pretty good at it.

Um, super late...11pm - 12am, but I do keep him in our room for a full 12 hours of sleeping. I feed him twice within the 12 hours so he still gets a good amount of sleep. If we have to head out for my 3 y.o.'s classes or just run errands he just continues sleeping in his car seat. It actually works well for me b/c if we're home all day, I get to spend quality time with my 3 y.o. in the mornings while my 3-month-old is sleeping still.

We were doing great with a 8:00-8:30 bedtime, and now all of a sudden for the past week, she won't go to sleep any earlier than 9:00.-9:30 I've tried more naps, less naps, shorter naps, longer naps. baths, earlier bedtime and nothing is working. I don't know what changed to make her start going to sleep later. The only thing I can think of is the day I started Keflex for mastitis all this started, but I know thats kind of a long shot. Can I get her back to our earlier bedtime, or is this just her body's natural cycle?
