We kept nap time because we do swimming/exercise in the early afternoon and that tires him out pretty well. Ideally bedtime would be a little earlier, but we all want some time to relax after dinner. He usually wakes up around 7:30am and has to be at school by 8:30am.</p> <p>What about your LO? </p>
