They basically told me afternoon/after school - like 4-6pm. I looked at them like they were crazy! Who's around at that time?! Growing up in NH, my city had sets times from 6-8pm. After 8pm, lights went off and that was it. But we didn't get any kids last year so who knows. I saw them out but they didn't come by. </p>
