It's rare for him to get home before 7, usually closer to 7:30, so it's usually a later night if he's home so they can spend time together. </p> <p>Bedtime hasn't seemed to really affect wake up times. I'd be happy with later to bed and later to wake up. Even now it is a struggle. He never napped well and always slept horrible. We had a sleep study done at one point and things have finally started to get better now that he is older.
