Most towns in MA seem to have official hours and they're either 5-7 or 6-8. It died down a lot by 7:30, and we turned off our lights soon after. Typical for a school night, although later we did see a van driving by looking for houses at 9. The bulk of kids seemed to be 7-8pm. We went out at 6pm for about 25 min. That is a totally foreign concept to me. I see kids out as early as 5-ish, and I feel like when I was younger, I was sometimes out as late as 9?
