I know it doesn't come out in a huge gush, but it just makes me nervous! I guess I'd feel more comfortable starting labor at home so I could call in, or it starting with farther-apart contractions so that I had time to drive myself home or to the hospital. I was in the hospital and the nurse had just done a dose of cytotec in me and when she was done I felt a gush. I had been in the waiting room about 5 minutes then taken to my room.
