It would fade then kick back up around 7-8pm and last until I passed out from my unisom + b6. But it peaked &amp; I would actually get sick at night starting around 5pm and I would typically give up and go to bed by 8. Dinner was almost impossible for a while!<br /> The only time I felt ok was first thing in the morning.
