On the nights I teach fitness classes in the pool, I shower straight after class, so about 7:30. If I workout in the morning, I take a shower when I get home from the gym. I work at home and I don't like to wake up early enough to shower before my husband. So I just get up when he showers and start working right away, then at some point later in the day (usually between 11 and 4, depending on when I have a lull) I shower. If I had to choose between first thing or last thing though, I definitely pick first.
