Well I have to take my GD meds right before bed. I used to take my BCP at night before bed too.

Vitamins, during work week I take during the day and at night on weekends.

I always take my vitamins right before bed. I just got into the habit of taking them then when I was on the BCP, so when I switched to prenatals, I continued to take them at night. It's not always at the same time, depending on when I go to bed, but I almost never forget because I'm in the habit of taking them as part of my going to bed routine.

I've always taken them at night around 10pm, but after skipping a couple of doses from passing out early, I've switched to the mornings and I feel much better. Taking meds too late caused insomnia.
