The ones I take are twice daily so in the am before or with breakfast and then after dinner. I have taken them without food and it didn't upset my tummy.

I usually take mine either with or after breakfast because taking them with food helps (I'm taking ones with added DHA since I'm pregnant). One thing to keep in mind that I never thought of is that if they contain iron and you take them with dairy it can impede the absorption of said iron. I used to always take them with milk but had to stop doing that because my iron was always low.

I take them right before bed! I used to take them in the morning pre-pregnancy but once I started having MS I couldn't stomach them then.

I always take mine with dinner. My doctor told me that it usually takes about 6-8 hours for women to have the nausea from taking them and by then I'm sleeping.

I take mine with breakfast. Pre-preg they never bothered me. Now I get nauseous every once in a while so I usually chase them with a bite of whatever I'm eating.

I take mine in the morning with breakfast...

They have never made me nauseous (and I'm easily nauseated).... The only thing was - for a while I took DHA Fish Oil pills, and I had to take those right before bed because of the gross aftertaste... I'm taking fish free DHA now, and take it with my pre-natal in the morning.

Pre-pg, I took them in the morning around/with breakfast, and they didn't bother me a bit. Once I got pg, however, that all went out the window, and they made nauseous no matter when I took them (and still do sometimes). Take them now at a time best suited for you to not forget them keeping in mind that may change when you get a BFP. :)

i take mine after breakfast as well. i haven't had any morning sickness, but i noticed that during the pregnancy (it didn't happen when we were TTC) if i take the pills without alot of food, i get nauseous fast, but as long as i eat something, it goes away in a couple minutes.

I take them after breakfast every morning. I haven't had much pukey morning sickness, just general queasiness randomly throughout the day, so taking the pill hasn't triggered anything for me.

DH and I are going to start TTC in 6-8 months, so I am going to start taking prenatals soon. I have heard that prenatals make some women nauseous (and I am trying to avoid that!), so is there a time of day that is best to take prenatals? And do you take them with food? Any advice would be great!
