I'm not a morning person, I workout in the evenings ... though, I'm a total slacker lately.

Right now, only in my dreams or quick walks at night with the dog! I'm looking forward to toning up! I am more of a morning person...

Evenings, mostly 5pm after work. I HATE it. This week, I'm off for Spring Break, so I get to work out in the mornings, like 10am. It's not bad since she goes to the kids part of the gym.

I am NOT a morning person, so waking up early to work out is not for me. I usually do it in the evening after Liam goes to bed. If I didn't work, I would probably do it during his nap, though.

7pm. But I don't have a LO, and I am not a morning person at all. So, I come home, make/eat dinner, relax for a little bit to digest, and then work out. It's been working for me so far!

I work out in the evenings when DH gets home from work. He takes care of dinner and bedtime on those nights.

I'm going back to work soon so I'm not sure how I'll fit in the gym but I'm hoping to work out during my lunch hour.

After work, because that's when my favourite classes are offered at my gym (usually at 5 p.m., sometimes at 6 p.m.). My baby's not here yet though, so I imagine my routine will change after he/she arrives.

I used to work out in the morning though and it was great. I mean, I hated sacrificing sleep, but you have no excuse not to work out in the morning (other than wanting more sleep....lame excuse!), whereas by the end of the day you can usually come up with a few. It doesn't work for me anymore because my gym's morning classes start too late for me to make it to work on time, but it was a great option when I was working out at home.

I typically like to work out at never o'clock ;)

But seriously, I'm an evening workout person for sure! Not sure how that will change once LO arrives.

At night. I'm not a morning person. I usually go around 8 pm, so I can still be asleep by 10 (the gym is in my building).

Morning! I either feed him before and give him to dad, if he's awake. Or I pump before I go and get a bottle ready for dad if he wakes while I'm gone. It works pretty well most days. I'd be much too tired to do it at the end of the day.

I've been working out after LO goes down at around 730/8 during my office days. On wknds and my wfh days I workout during LO's nap.

LO isn't here yet, but my plan is to either wake up super early before he/she gets up, or go in the morning after feeding, etc when DH takes LO to daycare (he will do drop off, i'll do pickup, so i might be able to squeeze in a workout before work).

Morning is really best for me because I like to spend my post-LO bedtime with DH. But, LO's wake up time has been so erratic that I haven't done it consistently. I'm thinking I'll start trying to put her in the jumperoo for a 20 minute workout video after breakfast and then try to take long walks in the afternoons.

I've been trying to workout in the evenings after LO goes to bed. But I get busy and distracted with other things and workouts don't get done.

I'm thinking of trying to wake up an hour earlier to workout so I don' have any distractions.

What time of day works best for you?
