I still remember having neighbours that worked in a bar when we were kids, they'd come home and continue the party, waking us up at 3am. I had an awful upstairs neighbor who threw parties like three times a week. The bass would make our ceilings shake and all the people running around drove me crazy. I called the cops a few times and complained to management but no one ever did anything. They have parties a decent amount but it's usually just everyone sitting outside and talking then leaving around 10-10:30. Tonight we've heard music off and on but didn't think it was them. It started again around 9:45ish and is still going. My husband figured out it was them by stepping outside and seeing some kind of flashing strobe/colorful lights coming out of their back door.</p> <p>The baby couldn't care less about it and I'm nursing and so tired that I was starting to fall asleep despite the noise but he's bothered by it. He said if they don't wrap it up by the time he comes to bed around 11:30-11:45, he's going to call the sheriff's department to put in an anonymous complaint.</p> <p>What time do you think is too late for this kind of noise and when would you call? The sheriff was already called to one party tonight. </p>
