Doesn't matter what time we put him down (7, 8, 9), he always wakes up around the same time. I guess he has a strict internal clock. We tried putting in blackout curtains thinking that it was the sunlight that was causing him to wake up. So I bought the blackest blackout curtains I could find and was pretty excited once they were up. Nope. Still up at the crack of dawn. On the weekends we get him a little bit later, probably around 8:00am. After coming home from a weekend vacation, he switched his schedule and now wakes up around 8am. She is 17 months. I let her cry for 10 minutes or until she starts calling Mommy Mommy. Whenever I have let her cry for longer (approaching the 30 min mark), she throws up so I don't think sleep training works for her. We've tried to put her to bed later but she still wakes up at the same time. And he's been waking up at 7/7:30 am ever since!</p> <p>What time does your little bundle of sunshine wake up in the mornings? </p>
