We might do a LM theme for her next party in a few months. </p> <p>I don't have any mermaid theme ideas, but for DD's past 5th birthday, we did "Pin the Tail on the Pony" (it was a My Little Pony theme).... maybe you can do "Pin the Tail on the Mermaid"? I'd hire a bubble entertainer to create giant bubbles to encase the children in. For a craft I'd make magic mermaid wands. Fill the wands with glitter and sea creatures. I saw this cute activity idea (my sis is going to do something similar with a Superhero theme) where you get a piece of plywood, paint a bad guy on it, and give each kid a can of silly string - they get to spray the bad guy with it.
