When my LO hasn't napped well, I put her to bed earlier, but no earlier than 6:30 cause she'll wake up super early.

Oh man. Been there and it totally sucks. I usually keep him in the ergo to contain the hot mess and go for an early bedtime. I've done as early as 5:45-6 pm.

I don't think it's unusual for them to go through nap fighting phases. Hope yours doesn't last. (Mine did so we are on one nap now.)

Oh my goodness. I need help. My 9.5 month old refused his afternoon nap today. And only slept 45 min for the morning nap. It's too late to try again later, or it'll interfere with bedtime. So now I have a hot mess on my hands. Do I just put him to bed a little earlier? Like how much earlier?

Is this common? He's never refused a nap before; he's been getting harder and harder to put down but he'll eventually sleep, even if it's just for 30-45 minutes. But that didn't even happen today. I'm freaking out!
