I promise there's a mom in your area who will be so, so grateful for it. I'd reach out to a trusted lactation consultant ... She'd probsbly know a mom who could benefit.</p> <p>If you want your LO to drink it, you can put it into smoothies, bake with it, or make little Popsicles. </p> <p>For you, I'd advise slowly weaning off the pump (if you're ready). Drink loads of peppermint tea, and add 30 minutes before pumping each day. She just moved to the next room at daycare and they don't do bottles. I sent bm in a sippy today and she didn't touch it. :sad: what to do? She drinks wcm at home, but I hate to trash my stash! </p>
