<description>&#60;p&#62;I saw someone who took crib bumpers and turned them into teething guard rail! It was cool, but if he's not in the crib I suppose that's not a necessity. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Are you good with DIY projects? You could salvage most of the fabric and make fabric blocks, use in a patchwork blanket, taggie, stuffed animals, pennant banner for his room - there is a lot of scrap-buster projects. Look on pinterest :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I got some pass along crib bumpers that I need used and don't plan on using. I know they are not recommended, plus my son doesn't sleep in his crib anyway. I'm not sure if I should give them away because of the AAP recommendation. Should I just throw them away? I feel bad tossing perfectly nice bedding.
