Those are good suggestions though. I thought about taking her out to eat beforehand, but didn't think we'd really want to eat a big meal. She was super generous for my birthday (She took me to a comedy show and the tickets weren't cheap), so I want to return the generosity. </p> <p>Ideally, I would love to pay for her spa experience, but we are going in a group and I don't want the other girls to feel bad that they didn't contribute or get her anything and I don't want to come across as braggy - I have never met most of them before. </p> <p>I thought about taking her out for dinner and a movie one night, which is a possibility. Or should I just get her a physical gift? I thought maybe a gift basket of coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Maybe throw a bottle of Baileys in there. </p> <p>What are some good ideas? </p>
