I'm with Banana - a robe is my fave new mama gift because it can be reused for late night feedings, but it'd be just as nice for your hubs. That or a new set of pajamas, if he'll be able to wear them.

When I was at the hospital after delivering my baby via Csection, a close friend of mine came by and gave me a really soft robe as a gift. She washed it and everything before wrapping it up. It was the best thing I could've asked for. I hated getting up to use the bathroom or walk down the hospital halls in just the hospital gown. So may something like a robe or comfy slippers?

I'm terrible at thinking of gift ideas. :T Especially for people who have everything/don't need anything.
First two thoughts were.. music and pictures.
Maybe you can get him a framed pic of you and your LO for his room? (I'm assuming he'll be there over night). If he has an ipod you can buy made a play list of soothing songs for him.

Hubby is having surgery soon and I feel like I should get him a little something for his hospital stay. Last time he was in the hospital after the same type of surgery he literally did nothing but rest, so I'm assuming he'll do that again. He wouldn't even turn on the tv. This time I'm assuming he'll bring his kindle fire, but probably won't even use it. He's going to be on a very bland diet so food/snacks are out. And he's not the flower type of guy.

Any ideas?
