At 10 weeks I'd probably do sleep n plays most of the time. DD is 22 months and most days at daycare she's in stretchy pants and a onesie/t shirt with a zip up overtop (winter in Canada). We try not to send her in any outfits that we really love because they tend to get stained more easily at daycare. I just bought her 6 pairs of pants from Walmart for $4 a piece (2t stretchy pants) that are a perfect daycare piece. Some people went all out with full ensembles and others just did sleep n'plays.
