I go with what's easy to change her in. Dresses, onesies, pants (now that it's winter), sometimes just a sleep n play or pajamas.

Onesie, pants, and socks. If I put her in a dress she wears leggings instead of tights since she is crawling.

As long as he will keep socks on then I think a onesie and pants are fine. But at that age a sleeper is totally appropriate too.

I sent DD in separates, like a onesie and bottoms, but always sent a sleep and play for her to be changed into if she had a blowout...which she did most of the time. Most of the parents at my daycare also sent them in an outfit, but I would see half the kids in sleep and plays by the end of the day.

We used to put LO in sleep n plays for daycare because they are the easiest to get on/off for diaper changes. And we used to send her in our least favorite outfits so that if they got dirty, it wasn't the end of the world :-)

Our least favourite outfits so long as they are comfortable. At 10 weeks I'd probably do sleep n plays most of the time. DD is 22 months and most days at daycare she's in stretchy pants and a onesie/t shirt with a zip up overtop (winter in Canada). We try not to send her in any outfits that we really love because they tend to get stained more easily at daycare. I just bought her 6 pairs of pants from Walmart for $4 a piece (2t stretchy pants) that are a perfect daycare piece. If she wrecks them, oh well!

LO hasn't started daycare yet, but I bought some of the mix n match essentials from baby gap (onesies and pants) and I'm planning to send her in that most days. They're soft and comfortable.

Our daycare always runs the gamut in infant attire. Some people went all out with full ensembles and others just did sleep n'plays. I usually was somewhere in between with a onesie and baby legs or onesie and pants/shorts.

What do you send your young baby to daycare in? I have just one more week of maternity leave left :(. DS will be starting when he's 10 weeks. Most of the time at home I put him in a sleep n play. Should I continue doing that or put him in a onesie and pants? Something else?
