Past 20 weeks both times. I get huge but for some reason am never uncomfortable. (And I say that as someone who carried until 42 weeks.) The third trimester has always been easy for me.

I'd say that each had their pros and cons, but for me 3rd is always the worst just because I feel big, awkward, slow, exhausted, sleepless, and in pain everywhere. First trimester has never been super awful, just a bit more tired than usual and weird food aversions. With my first son, 2nd trimester was definitely a breeze. This time with my second, I got bigger a bit faster so 2nd trimester was not quite as enjoyable, but still easier than 3rd.

I kind of enjoyed the end of second into the first two months of third the best. I felt so much less anxious about baby's health and things that could go wrong. I also had more energy. Now I'm in the final month...which feels like eternity, and the back pain is in full force, I can't sleep, and I'm really just anxious for baby girl to arrive!

To be honest, they were all equally the same. I had a pretty easy pregnancy. I didn't have to work the 2nd half of my pregnancy due to summer break and then taking a year off, so I guess I'll say my 3rd trimester since I wasn't working and got to relax and do whatever I wanted.

2nd trimester with both pregnancies (though I'm still in the 2nd tri at the moment-- just assuming 3rd tri will be harder.) No nausea, appetite is back, not tired, I'm not ginormous & uncomfortable, BH contractions aren't too frequent. Plus, I'm not currently "high risk" (I was high risk in the 1st tri with both pregnancies, and high risk the 3rd tri with DS, so the 2nd tri has been good to me.) So, the 2nd tri wins by a landslide.

Second for sure. First tri I was nervous about losing the baby after a previous miscarriage, was exhausted, and had no appetite. Third tri I was ready to be done, had horrendous swelling in my feet and legs the last 3 weeks, and wasn't sleeping much. The only real issue in the second tri was hip pain.

I had an easy pregnancy but I'll say 2nd bc I wasn't anxious about the viability like I was in the first, and not huge and uncomfy like the third!

@gingerbebe: me too! Hate. It. I was throwing up with terrible nausea this pregnancy until 28 weeks and now the acid reflux is unbearable. And I'm anemic so I'm stupid tired. Ugh

@Bao: The first. By 24 weeks I had acid reflux and crazy bad back pain so the second half of two and three have been less fun. I felt fine in the first trimester except for sporadic vomiting - ha.

I didn't have a good trimester. I had ridick morning sickness and exhaustion until 22-24 weeks. Then I had this 6 week period from weeks 24-30 where I had energy to do things and didn't have morning sickness. I was on total pelvic rest from 20-28 for a complete previa so really I had like 28-30 weeks to nest and decorate and make freezer meals. I got tired again at 30 weeks and waking 10x a night to pee didn't help. Nausea came back at 36 weeks? I stopped working at 38 weeks, water broke at 38w5d and DS was born via emergency C-section at 39 weeks. Ugh I hate pregnancy so much.

Second, but I would phrase more as it sucked the least. I did get the worst sciatic nerve pain in the second trimester though, but the worst of that was only a week or two, compared to months of nausea in the first and general late pregnant discomfort in the third.

First pregnancy actually probably toss up between second and third trimesters- neither were awful.

This time second but they all suck. Can you tell I'm donors?

My first with each LO really sucked. I had nausea bad with my first, just a little with my second but general early pregnancy pains made it not so fun. The third trimester brought bad hip and back pain, swelling, and being anxious to meet LO. So the second trimester gets my vote for being the easiest!
