I was visiting him and told him that I either had to leave early enough to get home in time to watch the premier, or I'd stay but he had to watch it with me. He opted for me to stay and then he got hooked. He was a huge fan and I was like "wut?" But then he got me into it and we used to watch episodes together long distance and talk about the underlying social and political meanings of some of the episodes.
