They didn't bother me. I think it was 15 min/hour at &lt;6-7 cm and then 15 min every half hour once I progressed passed that. I'm just curious to know whats the norm. I dont want to have anything strapped to my belly if it can be avoided, and would like to not have the internal one as well. </p>
