We buy salmon and rockfish. Pretty much anything I find at the store that is wild caught, low mercury, and affordable.

I frequently eat wild caught canned sardines mixed with avocado and an oil and vinegar dressing. I've also made sardine pasta.

Salmon and hake (affordable and wild caught). I usually bake with simple salt and pepper. Sometimes I'll make a Vietnamese salmon soup.

We either poach fish, broil or bake it. Usually just with a little lemon, herbs and S&P (white wine if we poach). Pan seared tuna steaks.

We eat mostly salmon (Faroe island), haddock, tuna steaks, sea bass, halibut, and trout. And shellfish

Whole branzino regularly. I start it on the stove and finish it in the oven. I follow this recipe more or less, sometimes just with salt and pepper.

Mahi Mahi, Tilipia, Hallibut, and Cod. We prefer wild as well, but it's hard to come by here so we will buy farm raised. I'm not a fan of salmon.

Pollock is a good sustainable wild fish! I love halibut too, but it is insanely expensive. We love shrimp and scallops. Mostly we eat salmon and cod. I'll only eat wild.

And how do you prepare it? We're really trying to eat less red meat lately. Our local grocery store typically carries salmon, tilapia, cod, swordfish, trout, catfish, arctic char, and red snapper (whole).

We eat a lot of salmon, and we love halibut and sea bass, but it's really pricey. Tilapia I haven't been buying because it's farmed and would love to eat wild fish.

What type of fish do (and your LO) eat regularly?
