She probably drinks 1-2 sippy cups a day as well as water. I tried hemp milk on both of them and they hated it. I didn't like it either.. Although she can be switched to 2%, DH insists we give her whole milk because that is what he likes and I won't buy it just for him. DS gets breast milk exclusively but he's only 4months. Up until now she's been ebf and hasn't had any other milk. She's 15 months though, and I have to introduce some milk because I'm pumping once a day and only producing a couple ounces (and I want to quit very, very, very soon). I'm so torn about what type of milk to introduce. Charlie drinks hemp milk, so it would be easiest to give her hemp milk. But it tastes like crap to me! Charlie is just such a milk addict he will drink any form of milk. I like the idea of raw cow or goat's milk, but I can't bring myself to give it to Olive. I grew up drinking raw cow's milk and I don't have any allergies and rarely get sick. I don't want to do soy either. Decisions. What type of milk do you give your LO?
