I have been having terrible neck pain for about a month now, and I'm hoping it's just from sleeping wrong, or lack of support from my pillow. I usually sleep on my back or my side, never my stomach...any recommendations for a type of pillow to get that has good neck support that doesn't cost too much? </p>
