Other than that, we get lots of kookaburras and other birds, lizards, and the odd possum here and there. Also we have lots of squirrel, opossums, birds, and hugeee spiders (which I'm NOT a fan of...at all). Now that its warm, I'm also not looking forward to snakes. There was one right under our door on the porch when we moved in last November. Our house is in the middle of 3 wheat fields, so we have lots of wildlife. Not in our backyard (it's fenced in) but we see bears all the time out front. I think a whole bunny family used to live in our neglected/overgrown little vegetable patch, but once we tilled up the ground and planted real things a couple years ago, they've sort of been displaced. It probably didn't help that Helo caught one of the babies in his mouth once and carried it around the backyard. I think they sent out a bunny memo not to come back to our yard after that. We see squirrels too, but they never come IN the yard. They just stay on the other side of the fence and taunt the dogs. We've also had squirrels and mice in our attic... yikes!!!!! Apparently super common around here but still creeps me out. The only other wildlife we've been visited by is a huge wild turkey that roams our streets. He leaves feathers on our front step sometimes. This might be common knowledge to people who live around deer, but my dad once told me that if you ever see a deer frozen in the road then you should flash your brights at it.
