It has cut out on us which is obviously a big issue! When I called their customer service, they were extremely rude. Love the temperature read and the ability to talk to DD over the monitor (which totally freaks her out). (son is 17 mos) We love it! We can travel with it easily and the screen is a good size. The only issues we've had is that the color isn't that great (not a big deal to me) and after two years the video screen doesn't hold a charge for more than a few hours.
