DH gets mad at me when I let them watch videos of themselves, because he read some study that said it's bad for a kid's imagination to see what she actually looked like doing something, if she imagined it differently. I have a couple of their songs on my iPhone to play in the car when he's really upset. It works every time. He just quiets down and listens. When he was only a month old or so, a YouTuber I watch mentioned that her husband looked like one of the characters in one of their videos. I looked it up to check and I noticed T just stared at the video in awe.
