I lived with my cousin and other best friend and we just had the best time being young and carefree in the city! I was out of college and had a job I loved and an amazing co-ed group of friends and we were so close. We parties so much and got into so many hilarious shenanigans, I traveled and was in amazing, amazing shape. Dated a bunch before meeting DH which I think is really important to do. I was so comfortable and confident in my skin. The first 9 months of my relationship with DH we were long distance and saw each other every 5 weeks. He would meet me at the airport and take me home, there was always a chilled split of champagne and dinner and we would basically make out for 48 hours straight, then part. I was living with a group of really fun girls and we threw tons of parties and generally had a great time. My love life was also thriving, I went from relationship to relationship that year and they were all good/ended amicably. </p> <p>From there it went downhill since we all got bad housing lottery numbers and were split up on opposite sides of campus senior year. We were engaged and living together, though, so it was pretty much the same as post-marriage. </p> <p>I was pretty unhappy and in a bad relationship all through my undergrad so I guess otherwise it would have to be during high school when I had a close group of friends, was performing constantly in my show choir, and of course didn't have to deal with actual adult responsibility. </p>
