Juggling everything, and decreased brain space. I seriously feel like a crazy person all the time. Getting two kids up and ready and out the door in the mornings by myself is the absolute worst part.

Balancing attention between the two siblings, and lack of sleep. The bickering between DH and me have started again!

Splitting my time between the boys when they both need me. And going back to not having any alone time. Ds1 had gotten more independent but lil bro is a mamas boy.

Time management. I felt (and still feel) really guilty not having all the time in the world for my big kid.

For us, it was the lack of sleep. Even though it was really rough with our first, we got used to STTN before #2 came along. Going back to waking 6 times a night AND still having to care for a toddler was really rough. Now, I finally feel (at 9 months) that we are back in the routine (even though DD2 is still waking 2-3x a night)
