The nurse placed her in my arms, fir some reason I looked at my mom and squealed "omg, mom! She's my baby!"ahhhhh!!" As big of a moment it was for my husband and I, my mom was there for me through the whole long TTc journey and at first wasn't planning to stay for the delivery, but she did and I think it was a joy I know she shared with us. They handed him right to me, but I was kind of in a fog, the whole thing was very surreal. I really didn't know what to do with him besides tell him Hi. About 5 minutes later my head cleared and I was laughing and joking with the doctors while they delivered my placenta and sutured me up. ETA: The question said "in your arms". I know I said "he's perfect" when they placed him in my arms.
