I was super crabby and grumpy until delivery at 39 weeks, only cure for me was childbirth. We moved across the country when I was 38 weeks pregnant so I was tired from packing/unpacking and the actual move plus I was nervous that I'd go into labor halfway through the move. Then I was just nervous about labor and tired from being pregnant. It didn't help that I had early (false!) labor, so I went for 3+ weeks of people asking. I told people after a certain point that, if they asked again, I wouldn't be letting them know when he finally came. I was a hot mess, because I kept thinking "Today could be the day!"
