When he wakes up, before morning nap, before afternoon nap and before bedtime. I'm thinking about beginning to wean him as I have to be on antibiotics and get oral surgery and aenesthesia in a few weeks. As for meals, 3 meals and a snack. I was also pumping, so once he turned one, I decreased nursing/bottles by one session a week until we were down to just nursing once a day and no bottles. Right now I bf around 530am, she gets breakfast around 8, a bottle of wcm at 915 then lunch, bf around 2, dinner around 5 then bf around 630. </p> <p>I go back to work the day after her 1st bday and I'm going to need to wean her for then. How many solids meals, snacks? Did you change anything after a year (add more solids, reduce BF sessions, begin weaning, etc)? </p> <p>C nurses 4 times a day- wake up, after morning nap, after afternoon nap, before bed. She has 3 solids meals-- generally breakfast before morning nap, lunch before afternoon nap, then dinner. Occasionally she gets snacks while we are out and she's getting fussy (mum-mums or something smallish) but we aren't on a regular snack routine. She is just over 11 months. No plans to cut any nursing sessions for a while, but I wouldn't mind cutting one of the day time ones eventually, just to make it easier to get out quickly after nap. </p>
