I was a little leery of buying used, but I'm so happy I purchased such a sturdy, environmentally friendly crib. Our glider/ottoman was handed down from friends, our (inexpensive) Ikea crib and bookcase were purchased by MIL. So my "splurge" would be $80 worth of fabric from fabric.com for custom curtains and cribskirt.
