He just requested pb chocolate cupcakes for a small family party, so that's what we did. We took him to the train museum and for a ride on a steam train in lieu of a big party (which was his choice).</p> <p>DS2's 1st birthday is coming, and while it's not what I would have picked, it's going to be a bubble guppy theme. He LOVES the bubble guppies....so much so that he said "bubble guppy" before he said "dada" lol. He also dances every time the theme song comes on. We cut fruit, cheese, etc into star shapes. I did a peekaboo pound cake with a star inside. He had a star on his shirt and stars on the banner with his monthly pics. Otherwise it was just primary colored plates, cups, etc to match the banner.<br /> Our invites said "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, LO has grown so much and come so far".
