She really liked it! We started solids a little after 6 months. I gave her a zoli cup with about an ounce of water with her 'dinner.' She loves water though, so even now at 11 months I only give her an ounce or two at a time and only with dry foods, not with like pears, or else I'm afraid she'd fill up on water. LO takes well to the sippy cup at 5 months, with my BM in it. She never would take a bottle from me, but can hold and drink from the sippy herself, with just a tiny bit of help! I am thinking for solids I will either do avacado, banana or sweet potato to start. Then I tried mashed banana - hated it! She still hates both! We finally had success with tomatoey purees - tomato and red pepper, Mediterranean risotto etc. From there, she tried spinach and she adores it! She also loves porridge!</p> <p>E will drink water from a bottle but not from a sippy. I don't offer it often (at 5.5 months) but I'm wondering if I should start? </p>
